Sessions last ~1 hour. Available on Thursdays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 7:00 pm.

Participants will taste six 92+ point award winning & quality Bourbons, learn some history of Bourbon, and then blend to create YOUR custom Bourbon recipe.

These ~1 hour sessions are held Fridays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 2:00 and 5:00 pm.

Gift Voucher for 4 People to a Charles Dickens Custom Bourbon & Custom Cocktail Experience

Participants will first create YOUR custom Bourbon using the WoodCraft Bourbon Wizard and perform a “Bourbon Pick” from our award winning Bourbons.

Then blend the cocktail ingredients, taste, and repeat … until YOU are satisfied. Voila – you will have selected YOUR Bourbon, determined YOUR level of sweetness, and chosen YOUR desired garnish.

These ~1 hour sessions are held Thursday at 6:30 pm and Saturday at 7:00 pm.
