Guests are will laugh, learn, and be guided through the creation of THEIR custom Bourbon, blended to THEIR taste preference.
Great for Cocktail Hours & an Unique Bar Service
Guests will create their custom Bourbon, and perform a “Bourbon Pick. Guided to blend the cocktail ingredients, taste & repeat. They will select THEIR Bourbon, THEIR level of sweetness, and THEIR desired garnish.
In the end, they will have created THEIR custom Dickens Bourbon Smash Cocktail.
Great for ANY Event – Cocktail Hours and Bourbon Tastings
Rent a Dexter 1862 Bourbon Blender Machine and provide a unique guest experience. This machine will enable your guests to enjoy THEIR custom Bourbon by the glass.
Your Guests will be able to taste THEIR personal Bourbon by scanning their personal recipe and/or completing the Bourbon Wizard.

Doug Hall, our Co-founder & CEO will teach your team “The Brain Brew Way” of PROACTIVE Problem Solving based on his newest book. The program combines the Custom Bourbon Experience with education. Available as a 90 minute, half & full day event.

Brain Brew Distillery
We can host you at our Distillery Tasting Room that is just minutes from downtown Cincinnati on Lake Barber in Newtown, Ohio.
The space includes a two story grand fireplace, original art, games and a historic 1800’s bar.
Catering can be arranged by request.
Your Venue
All custom Bourbon & Cocktail experiences for private events can be held at homes, offices, clubs, restaurants, bars and community venues.
In keeping with Ohio Law, if the venue is not “licensed for alcohol”, then the Bourbon for the event must be purchased at our Distillery in advance.
