The team is among the world’s experts on the most important element when it comes to crafting world-class bourbon through the artistry of wood finishing. The team focuses on managing the interaction of wood, bourbon, heating, and cooling as it is responsible for 70% of the flavor and 100% of the color of world-class bourbon.
Our Flagship Brand is Dexter, named after Edmund Dexter, who was the “Johnnie Walker” of America in the 1800’s.

Effective March 1, 2025 All Custom Bourbon Experiences and Custom Bourbon Bottle orders in Cincinnati will be exclusively done at Willow Run in downtown Cincinnati. They are set up to fulfill orders of YOUR custom Bourbon. They can look up the recipe you made at our Newtown Distillery &/or with the Bourbon Wizard. We will no longer be doing Custom Bourbon Experiences or fulfilling Custom Bourbon Bottle orders at our Distillery in Newtown. |
